Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn't mean we've accepted your order — the contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your item(s) and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's an error in the price or description, in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate, currently 20.00%, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you complete payment. Payment is taken securely via Stripe when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you once they've been delivered to the address you provided.

Your right to cancel

As a consumer, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Faulty goods

Pricing errors

While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price, or cancel with a full refund.

Discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of use, may have a minimum spend or expiry date, cannot usually be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before use.
