Returns Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This policy sets out your statutory right to cancel an order under UK consumer law, alongside the extended goodwill returns window we offer on top of it. For a step-by-step guide to returning an item, see our Returns page.
Statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
- To cancel, tell us clearly — by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number — within 14 days of delivery.
- You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
- You're responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they're faulty or not as described.
- We'll refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you've sent them).
- You're liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature and characteristics — for example, items worn beyond trying them on, or with tags removed.
Our extended returns window
In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer an extended goodwill returns window: you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This is a discretionary extension of your statutory rights and does not replace or reduce them.
Items excluded from returns
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and worn underwear/briefs cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are excluded from our discretionary 30-day window (but remain covered by your 14-day statutory cancellation right and your rights for faulty goods).
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by anything in this policy. If an item is faulty, we'll cover the cost of return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. We aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days of receiving and checking a return, and no later than 14 days as required for statutory cancellations.
